74th Annual Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival
The biggest weekend of the year in downtown Fairhope. Nearly 300,000 visitors come for three days of fine art, handcrafted goods, live entertainment, and the kind of Southern charm this town is known for. The festival runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday through Sunday along the flower-lined streets of downtown.
If you’re staying at one of our properties, you’re already in the middle of it — downtown is a short walk or golf cart ride away. Keep in mind that street closures begin Thursday evening at 5 p.m., so plan your driving accordingly.

Spring Farmers Market Returns
The Fairhope Farmers Market is back with a new twist this season: a once-a-month Saturday morning market on the first Saturday of each month, alongside the traditional Thursday afternoon market. That’s good news if you’re visiting on a weekend.
Thursday markets run 2–6 p.m. starting April 9. Saturday markets run 8 a.m. to noon. Everything happens behind the Fairhope Public Library — local produce, baked goods, handmade items, and plants from Baldwin County farmers and makers.

Fairhope Volunteer Fire Department Open House
The FVFD just completed a new training facility and they’re inviting the public to see it. The open house runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Thompson Hall Fire Station. If you’re visiting with kids, this is a great morning activity — fire trucks, station tours, and a look inside a brand new facility.
