The hard truth: when you book through sites like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, you're paying inflated fees. That's how they make their money.
These sites publish the rates we give them — the same rates you see right here. But there's no way to include them without the significant markup they set. By the time you see a price on their site, it's already been marked up considerably.
When booking direct here, you get the same property, the same host, and the same experience with fewer fees. Common sense guides you to pay less for the same service. Every property page on our site has a booking calendar — pick your dates and you're done.
As with all platforms, there are policies around cancellations and refunds. Our platform does offer the option to purchase trip insurance. While it is offered by a third party and we cannot help navigate a claim, the option is available for those who may need it.
Join the Fairhope First family for exclusive discounts only available to our most valued guests. By providing your email, you will receive a good faith promo code by email for 5% off your first booking. This code will not work on other platforms — it is only recognized when booking direct here on this website. You will also receive additional discount codes for seasonal promotions — often 10% off your entire stay. Use is limited on a first come, first served basis, however you will be among the first to know. When you add these discounts to the fees you would pay on competing websites, the savings are tremendous.
Fairhope First Vacation Rentals is an independent company and is not endorsed by or associated with Airbnb, Inc., VRBO, or Booking.com.
