This spacious custom built home caters well to large families and groups. Featuring an open kitchen adjacent to a formal dining room support entertaining and casual dining alike. An additional upstairs living area and a large outdoor seating area make spreading out comfortably a joy to stay on property. The backyard us a fully decked and furnished seating area with a hot tub; a pergola provides partial shade. The rocking chairs on the screened front porch create an additional space that is perfect for coffee and reading. We loved our stay! It was so easy to get everywhere in fairhope. Within walking distance to the pier and downtown! So fun to take the golf cart to look at the beautiful houses and to dinner. Thanks for a great stay!! Would highly recommend!

Emerson house ranks in the top of my vacation rentals, including Aspen, Chamonix, Zermatt, Jackson Hole, Snowbird, Big Sky, Rosemary Beach. The house was amazing and perfect for our girls trip, providing each with our own spacious king bedroom and bath. The house was immaculate and the kitchen was stocked with everything one might need and more. This beautiful house is in a great location for the downtown area where there are many nice shops and great restaurants. Beth Ann was a perfect host and very responsive. I highly recommend the Emerson House and would definitely stay here again. My next trip should be in the Spring or Fall when I can enjoy the rocking chairs on the screened in porch and the backyard area. I think we pick the hottest week of the year but the air conditioning and fans kept the house very cool and comfortable. And a plus was a Super Moon. Thank you for making Emerson House available.
